We work through an attachment

"When it comes to the type of therapy that I offer, I am informed by and draw on a combination of CBT (Cognitive-behavioural Therapy) DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy ) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am also an EMDR Therapist and often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for trauma-related therapy."

"I am informed by Self-Psychology and Relational Therapy. Throughout a client's therapy journey, I draw on Somatic Experiencing (SE), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods, as well as others.

For couples therapy, I draw on Imago Therapy and Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT)."
